PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Paypal.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are mailed USPS. If you'd like a different shipping option please email us at hello@gathersf.com

Regular shipping rate within US: $5 for first item + $1 for each additional item

Priority shipping within US: $8 for first item + $1 for each additional item

Shipping rate outside US/International: $11 for first item + $2 for each additional item

No shipping fees can be applied if you can pick up your purchase in store. 

RETURN POLICY

No refunds. Store credit or exchange only for unwashed and unworn items in the original salable condition with the original tags with in 14 days. The 14 day period starts on the arrival date of your package.  No store credit or exchange on sale merchandise, bath and beauty, workshops, or vintage goods. 
Please contact us before you return at hello@gathersf.com. We will provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for all return postage. Upon return we will contact you with exchange information. 

WORKSHOPS

Our workshops sell out in advance so be sure to buy a ticket as soon as you can. We do not offer walk in spots due to having to prepare ahead of time for the exact number of students signed up for a class.

No refunds. Because our artists prepare and buy materials for our workshops ahead of time we cannot offer any refunds if you have to cancel. If you can not make a workshop you signed up for you are can always gift your spot to a friend.
