Thank you so much to everyone who attended our Kombucha Brewing Workshop this past Wednesday night! Elizabeth from Preserved was the most amazing instructor, with so much knowledge to share. The class learned about the history and nutritive value of Kombucha and then were able to sample various flavors. At the end of the class everyone got to mix their own to finish fermenting at home.
